Running

Well what can I say more then that I realy enjoy a realy long run. I'm not fast and I'm a bit overweighty (well maybe more than a bit) but why should that stop me. My funniest race was the crazyrace it was extremly crazy with about 53 obstacles some of them was realy crazy, like a 3 meters deep water/mud filled hole or a 4 meter net wall and cement pipe with water in it.
My first marathin was the Stockholm marathon that I runned in 2001, I had a cold but despite doctors order I runned anyway, this was realy stupid, but everything worked out just fine, (well not my time :). Mayby someday I'll run a extreme marathon but for now I'll probably have to seattle for an ordanary marathon's.

I managet to finish the 3:rd lap just before the winner was in goal, it was tigth. I alos got a large stick stuck in my left shoe the whole race, interesting. Our team (kENEA) won the team challange with 19 laps at 5:55:22. More then 30 min before the 2:nd team!
